I was at lunch with Howard, mildly bummin’ out because a dude I’d gone on (what I thought to be) a couple of fun dates with had just told me he wasn’t into it.
“Come on,” he said. “It’s not like this guy is David Watts or something! You’ll find someone better.”
I laughed at the great reference and also to sort of trick myself into thinking he was right, heh.
